Product Details

Another great cut flower, Thalictrum aquilegifolium, has fluffy heads of white to pale lilac flowers borne in profusion and flowering in mid May here. Florists pounce on this the moment it appears, we never have enough. As with so many perennial cut flowers, this will reflower if cut hard back after the first flowering. When you do this, give it a little water if necessary and then, as always, a good mulch. Easy to divide after a couple of years too.
