Sorghum is a very important food crop in many parts of the world. It's been bred over millenia to produce huge seed heads. A very fast growing annual, growing to well over 2 metres, it's huge multiple stems are usually self supporting. By Autumn, they will have produced enormous heavy branching or bunched seed heads in a wonderful selection of colours. The dramatic stems add huge presence to any arrangement, fresh or dried. This mix will have a selection of varieties with different colours. It's deep roots are said to open up poor soil. We grow it on our worst soil and it's still 2.5m tall
