We offer FREE Delivery in Sherborne and Milborne Port
Local Delivery within a 10 mile radius of Sherborne costs £1 per mile
For hand delivery within a radius of 150 miles, please enquire
We offer careful contactless overnight courier delivery to the most of the rest of the UK**
Dispatch is from Monday to Thursday for delivery Tuesday to Friday
Saturday delivery is available but carries a considerable surcharge
Our bouquets and flowers are packed in sustainable paper wrapping
The stems are kept hydrated in a compostable water pouch
They are then packed in sturdy cardboard boxes
**Offshore Islands carry a surcharge. For some areas of Highland Scotland and the Isles, Northern Island and the Channel Islands, overnight delivery is not available.
REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Please read the instructions sent with your flowers, which are also here.
Trim the stems when they arrive and place the bouquet or stems in cool clean water in a clean vase in a cool dark place for the first few hours, preferably overnight
If, after following these care instructions and within 24 hours of delivery, you are in any way unhappy with your flowers, please contact us, with photos of the flowers and/or packaging.
